Chef Jildaz developed a wonderous and unique flair for food and fine cuisine from a very early age. As the son of a French mother and North African father, he was exposed to a plethora of culinary delights from the complex nuances of curries to the delicate crisp of crêpes.

Wanting to build upon his expanding experience and passion, Chef Jildaz sought higher education to refine his skills, techniques, and abilities. He attended and graduated from L'Institut de Tourisme et d'Hotellerie du Quebec, the prestigious training grounds of Quebec and Canada's finest chefs.

Over the last decade, Chef Jildaz has been intimately involved with an array of chef-owned restaurants, local caterers, exquisite hotels, and beautiful resorts in France, the Dominican Republic, New Orleans, Montreal, Vancouver, and Victoria.

Most recently Chef Jildaz was the executive chef for a producer of packaged, wheat-free, whole grain side dishes, where he developed an inexhaustive knowledge base for healthy, ready-to-eat dining experiences.

Chef Jildaz specializes in developing tantalizing menus for clients with food sensitivities or helping clients follow diets that require changes from their previous eating habits.
